Just came across a description of the movie today. The title is Invisible Woman and it is a comedy movie about a mad scientist who invents an invisibility procedure and tests it on a department story fashion model. It makes her invisible, but not her clothes. So she has to strip naked in order for her not to be seen as the various madcap scenes play out. Shemp Howard is in it as a member of an incompetent criminal gang that is trying to steal the secret.

There isn't any actual scenes where she is seen naked, but the dialogue about what she is doing is supposedly quite suggestive and humorous. Based on the success of the Invisible Man movie, Universal used a lot of special effects of her doing various things, such has having her revenge on her mean boss at the department store.
