I haven't found anyone I know but we were recognized once.
Tracy and me had been invited to appear in an episode of UK swingers on TVX (a satellite porn channel in the UK) We did the film and didn't think to much about it after. We got an E-mail from the guy who made the film telling us when it was going to be shown. That night we watched it and thought it was OK.
The following day whilst at work (I worked in a large DIY store) the manager from one on the other shops came to find me. When he knew we were away from anyone else he asked me if he might have seen me and my wife on TV last night. I answered that would depend on what channel he was watching. He said that he had enjoyed the program and would love to see any more we had.
A few days later he came round to ours to watch a couple of our other films. Nothing happened with him Tracy didn't find him attractive.
