No... because I genuinely didn't know about that. It didn't use to be that way. And there's nowhere on their site that says that that's the case.
Try mega.co.nz. Though I have had trouble downloading from there in the past.
If that doesn't work, you're going to have to use WinRar to split the video into 200 MB chunks, then upload them to Zippyshare.
