There are photos in that thread that are allegedly of the poster, but those photos belong to a different Reddit user that has gone by several usernames. Currently, that user posts as /u/awhha (she posted as /u/6mmshhh9 before and had other names before that). awhha deleted those pictures years ago, presumably because they showed her face. awhha is not the same person as aryaisthebest, their writing styles and life stories don't match up. awhha is currently in college, but aryaisthebest claims to have left college years ago.
Plus, going through aryaisthebest's post history on reddit, a lot of them just aren't plausible. One of them involves a masseur giving her an unsolicited "happy ending."

You should post this information in that thread. At least give aryaisthebest a chance to defend themselves (or scurry away with their tail between their legs).

Some user already called this one out, but the thread was never moved or moderated in any way.
I'm not sure if these threads give off the wrong vibe to anyone else. Maybe other people don't care or would rather not know. I made this post out of curiosity as to what others think.

This post has also been reported twice as being fiction, and is actually the post I made a thinly veiled reference to in my last post as having a "'fictional' writing style". I'll be honest: I have not had a chance to read it. But just from skimming it, I can't tell what about it causes people to think that it absolutely has to be fiction. Again, if there aren't fantasy or sci-fi elements in the story, how can you tell? Just because it's written like a short story doesn't necessarily make it fiction by default. If there are key passages that you think tag this story as fiction, please quote them so I can make a more informed decision.
