open up media player, then click tools, then option's, then file types, then click select all, and then click OK.
If that dosent work, Go to your desktop, and right click your mouse in middle of the screen and left click properties. then click setting,s then click advanced button near bottom. Then click troubleshoot, and make sure that the hardware acceleration is on FULL. If it is, then its fine, BUT if it isnt, you need to move it to FUUL and click OK. Once you do that, your screen will go black for a few seconds and then re appear.
If these don't work, then try uninstalling media player and reinstall it again.
