That says the nudity is usually just 20-30 seconds during the final number of the first act. Every production can do it differently and ours lasted a bit longer and wasn't that dim, but maybe it just seemed tha tway to me. I was really nervous during dress rehearsals and the first night but then I realized we were all naked so nobody was really focused just on me. Like i said, that one actor drew all the attention away from everybody, so I was kinda thankful for that although I think it upstaged what was supposed to be a serious scene. It's all about the Vietnam War but all people remembered was a giant male body part. Yes I knew some people in the audience but I was cool with that. Plus I was graduating soon so I figured who cares. Im sure they were looking at the other cast members, not me.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but stuff like this fascinates me, and you seem pretty willing to talk about it.
Did you know there would be nudity when you auditioned for the play? I know Hair has a bit of a reputation, but as you said, some productions leave it out. How many people were on stage with you? What was it like during those dress rehearsals, and again on opening night? Did you go completely nude, or just topless?
