I used to almost live at the beach when I was younger. The weather in the spring was always hot, usually in the very sunny eighties, but the water was cold. Most did not go in past their knees. The beach was a public one with a lot of very sexy women on the weekends. The place had a snack bar but nearly everyone brought beer in a cooler.
