I think divers are inherently risk takers, this was not a big deal to anyone. I don't remember anyone getting mad, people were pretty relaxed after diving, usually a lot of laughing, squealing and giggling followed, some ladies just calmly stood there topless while we untangled the bra from the wet suit. These woman had dived before, they had to know what was going to happen.
Since these were certified divers to a decent depth I don't think anyone was female <18.
