I do remember seeing many, many women in panties and bras during the process. I do recall several years ago, before the Spanx attire being in a shopping center parking lot with many stores and one of which was a wedding dress store. Well I just so happened to be parking my car when I noticed a family of women (likely the bride to be, her mother and a sister or friend) walking to their car from the wedding dress shop. The bride to be was dressed more than the others and carrying her dress in a large plastic garment like bag. Well the bride was putting the dress carefully in the rear seat of the car and as she was careful to do it just right she was leaning over and inside the car. Well she had a dress on that day and as her dress rose up from behind it unveiled that she had a long leg panty girdle on so that likely was what she planned to wear under her wedding dress. Now this was long after the popularity of girdles but before Spanx and I was nicely surprised at her wearing a girdle being a young women in those days.
