given it's part of a series from a Russian exhib model (google Nevapliusha) and that there are Cyrillic letters in some of the set whence your example (see xfoto.su/v.php?id=&pod_id=267 ) I'd say definitely not USA at least, and quite possibly Moscow or environs.
