Sorry, I didn't realize there was a limit on private messages. I cleaned out my stored space now.
I don't think I can do anything with this picture. However, it appears that it was censored with some sort of marker, and not a graphics program. If you have access to the original photo, it is possible to remove the marker and reveal the picture underneath. I know that probably doesn't help you much, but just in case... I thought I'd share.
