First you need a program to download the torrents. Get ABC here:
http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/download.php
After that, it is really intuitive although it may require a little tweaking. When you find a torrent you like (eg. the Paris Hilton ones on Lokitorrent that I provided a link for earlier, just click on them and they should automatically open ABC and then save them to your hard drive. Just remember to keep the torrent open for a while after you're finished downloading as Torrents are based on sharing.
I know I probably missed something, but the basics are all there and like I said, it is very intuitive. Hope that helps.
