The wife and I have a timeshare in the Quarter, so we are there once a year and we trade weeks to go at various times of the year. We've been at Christmas, summer, Halloween, Mardi Gras ... it's always a party! Last time we went, we had another couple with us. They were the wife's friends from her childhood home. They are pretty straight-laced, and the lady of the couple swore she wouldn't be flashing anyone. We hit our usual balcony at the Cat's Meow for some crowd-watching and bead distribution, and hooked a few nice ones
