A little flash of her tits to her husband in public is hardly grounds to alert CPS.

In fact an argument can be made that by continuing to have some sexy fun, with her husband, it will strengthen the marriage. Sometimes wives need to show their husbands, they are more than just a "mom", and that they continue to be a sexy and fun woman. This can help prevent the man from going off and looking for sexy fun times with another woman.

Statistics, also show that a child is much better off in a home with 2 parents than 1, or split parentage. There are exceptions to this, so I don't want to hear your stories of of 2 parents fighting made for a miserable childhood, or that you were raised by a single mother and had a great childhood. Those stories do exist, they are just in the minority.
