I know it was going to be a long shot but if it helps here is a little more info.
She had sort of mousy blonde hair and from recollection i think she had a bush. Viewing angle was from above but in front if you know what i mean and she was you average suburban mom type. Looks like an older type video as was certainly not HD quality.
