I think that there are 2 or 3 points here. Firstly most of the available photos have already been posted on other threads, in particular Polaroids and Old Pics plus being in the past there is only a finite number of pics available to be posted. I don't think that a large number of men are into silicone, piercings and tats as evidenced by numerous comments on this forum and it is mostly women who want these things. I believe they get boob jobs to impress other women not men (You can just imagine how many guys would get a penis transplant if it was available!). Piercings are variable and like tats women get them to show their own confidence in themselves.
Like the majority of men I hate tats on women (I don't even like them on men) and for any women reading this I can assure you that most men really do consider a tat on a woman to be a "Tramp Stamp". Whether that is right or wrong is irrelevant, it is the way men think and will take a long time to change, probably 30 years or so, once those who grew up without seeing tats have passed on.
