You don't. My wife and I have been going to nude resorts (Grand Lido Braco, Club Orient) for the last 15 years and I can't recall ever seeing a guy walking around at full steam. If it happens, you sit down and put a towel over it until it goes down.
We've never been to a lifestyle resort so I'm not sure what the norm would be there. At a nudist resort it's very rare.
