But it sure won't decrease the odds of them acting on their urges. Some men like me who have been around know that just because a woman wears something striking doesn't mean she wants sex, but I can't rule out the possibility that other men, such as Tom and Paul, might see a woman showing off her nipples and panties, and at least consider the possibility that she is, to use a corny phrase from 70s porn, a "hot to trot wife!"

GeorgeVI you are right on several comments. One is Americans are too obsessed with nudity and just because a woman wears a striking outfit does not mean she wants sex.
I was in college and working in the 70's and you are right the 60's and 70's were the real miniskirt days. It was always a pleasure to see women wearing stylish and colorful clothes then. Also in the office there were many women that wore a short skirt or dress (every woman wore a skirt or dress then at work, and guys wore suits and ties). Daily stocking tops or girdles were often seen and those that wore pantyhose often had even shorter skirts and dresses. It was rather common to see the control top area of a woman's pantyhose or even their panties while they were at work, sitting, bending, walking up the stairs etc. This was without even trying to get a view.
Also the braless fashion did have some women wearing sheer tops and you could see their areolas and bouncing as they shopped. No braless in the office but out shopping yes.
Guys should not have the attitude or thinking that if women dress a certain way means they want sex. If men just allowed women to feel comfortable in their choice of clothes and not be worried about being taken advantage of when they wear something sexy, then women would be even more fashionable.
