Here's a different angle on that last picture, and an extra lady :-)

It looks like the end of a German kleiderketta (clothes chain) game. The Germans finish like this, but sometimes the girls drop their panties, the scandanavians add their (often naked) bodies to the chain. Point of amasement to English/Americans who don't have this game :-( this is happening in a public park, see the bench and litterbin in the background!
