Hell yeah, totally naked for a tatt that didn't require it. How it should be done! Partial payment, the view.
My girl recently had a tatt done just above her kitty. We attended a very public tatt convention, and within 5 minutes of arriving, she was on a table with her dress lifted up and getting ink. A few random guys watched from behind the counter.
