If it is after dark the stripper has to stand in the headlights so everyone can see. The game continues until all have stripped.

Your "Drive and Strip" sounds...interesting. It seems like it is exactly what the name described (drive somewhere, then strip - and repeat). Not really a game as much as organized stripping, but hey, you do what you gotta do.
You were interested in in the "rules" of Strip Padiddle. I'll start off with one of the
crazier versions - these guys have rules on top of rules (daytime running light paddidle rule; cop car anti-padiddle rule...ooookay). Of course, there's always the almighty
Wikipedia, to which I will add a few points:
- Growing up in Oklahoma, I heard of this being called 'Popeye' before I even understood that it was a real game (Wikipedia identifies this as belonging to Oregon).
- I have frequently read that the word that is called out can be 'Padiddle" or 'Sex' (which appears to be regional).
- Those who play it calling out 'Sex' sometimes call the game 'Sex and Headlights'.
- It also varies whether it is the last person to react who is the loser (single loser), or everyone but the first person (multiple losers), per round.
- As noted in the first link, there can be unstated rules about how far stripping will go - it seems common for girls to be allowed to keep on at least one item, while guys can be expected to lose everything. This isn't uniform, and you will see some photos of girls 100% undressed.
- Confusing matters is the indistinct way people use the word "naked" when talking about clothing - many girls describe their girl friends as being "naked" if their shirts are removed (in a bra). So when a girl says "I got my friend naked playing padiddle", we can't know for sure exactly what she meant without photos of the very end of the game - which are very rare.
Bottom line: it's a game of observation and reaction. And, I will say that it must suck to be a female driving while playing this, as you are stuck needing at least one hand to operate the steering wheel - so when you end up losing your bra you have to dedicate the other hand 100% to covering, and have no remaining options. If you are in that car with that female driving and losing, it would be really, really sweet.
Speaking of females driving while playing padiddle, here's a new photo I found.
