I saw this episode. The girl was trying to win points with the judges by being cute, but it backfired, as you can see from the disgusted reactions of Janice Dickinson. By the way, this model is from Idaho (not Kansas) and sort of resembles Jessica Biel, though she's not nearly as pretty.
This same episode had lots of blurred nudity of the girls taking their tops off and posing for a nude photo. One girl in particular had a very nice rack, according to the other models, and there were several shots of her shaking and squeezing her tits together for the others. If only we could get the uncensored video! arrrrghhhh! Anyone here work for UPN?
