I cant imagine that google would be interested in tracing your photo/using it without copyright or other scenario. Why would they when you consider that they already have access to billions of images on millions of websites on their servers already. The file uploaded may be held temporarily but I see no situation where google would want to use your material without copyright, they make more than enough money from their legitimate activity. I have used reverse search many times.
