Still no sign of a response, either to this thread or my support request. Looks like me and an unknown number of other people are still waiting.

Doesn't make sense - I can sign in to the site with my username and password but when I enter them to buy a pass it says they don't exist.

I don't really like emoticons but I think this deserves a few rows of them.
