The only real nude beach "near" Seattle in up in Vancouver and it's Wreck Beach. There are plenty of "secret" places within the city, like Magnuson Park, but you won't find anything out in the open unless it's the Solstice Parade, WNBR, Pride Parade, Pumpkin Run, etc.... oh, and the Go Topless Day event is actually tomorrow (Sunday the 25th) at Westlake Park (4th Ave & Pine St).
There are other places, like the Olympic hot springs that people frequent. The problem with that one is that because they are tearing down the dam on the Elwha, the short (2 1/2) mile trail is closed, therefore you have to hike from the other direction, which is roughly 14 miles. Then, once you get there, there is no guarantee that anyone will even be there (which is how I prefer it).
So, in short, no "official" nude beaches in the immediate Seattle area, though I'm pretty sure some people are trying to organize one. This is kind of old, but I think they are still pursuing it: youtube.com/watch?v=TsoT0_TnwjQ
