Same with me. I had a tenant about a year ago that was a stripper. I toyed with the idea for a minute or two, but she was about 21 (I'm mid-50s), was a dingbat, and had sleeve tattoos from her wrists to her collarbones (ugh! what a turn-off).
She would leave town for two weeks at a time "working" in other cities. Uh-huh. About six months into her lease she lost her job, or so she said. How does a very trim 21-year old chick who's willing to take all her clothes off lose a stripper job?
She broke the lease, moved out, I kept the deposit. Didn't hurt my feelings any. Been fucking a late 40s hotwife for several years who really, really gets me going. She's easily a better fuck than the stripper would have been.
