Jan is probably a 40-something woman. She has full breasts with no sag whatsoever.
Compare Jan's breast to a 30-something woman with similar sized and shaped breasts. Notice the slight sag due to age.
Conclusion: Jan's breasts are probably not real.
But still nice to look at
