The Bare Pool rules seem to be that women have to cover up into the restroom...not sure why.
No dancing topless...not sure why. No fondling. No diving. I think certain events or times have limits such as when there are official photos being taken.
I didn't see other rules. Women can go topless pretty much anywhere else in the pool area. My lady went topless for 6 hours. Where else do you see women in the pool, eating, walking around or at the bar topless. I've been to the Riviera where it is no big deal, but in the USA it is a big deal.
Some horseplay is allowed as women were kissing. Why didn't I bring that camera?
Next time we go to Vegas, we're doing that again.
