I dont have the special membership, but I have no problems sharing, especially since others are sharing too.
I havent had ANY problems uploading. Maybe there is a file size limit, but I havent found it yet.
There are PLENTY of image software programs you can use to resize. Keep in mind that 72 dpi is typically the resolution limit for most computer monitors. 1200x1600 will still give an awesome image for people to enjoy. My tip is to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, use "save as" and slightly change your file name Then you can find the original later if you want or easily find a resized file for uploading.
I hope to see some more pics of what I missed. There is soo much fun going on all the time you cant be everywhere at once.
