this one is credited as being "SexyTamara" or "Tamara Milano" (an on-line, professional name), but I'm not sure, since Tamara seems to be vigilant about pulling unauthorized uses of her pictures so I can't compare her tattoos or facial features. Nevertheless, here's a bigger version and the only other one I found from that shoot, for anyone interested.
