A Google search says:-

First go to Control Panel/FolderOptions/View and in Hidden Files change to "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
Then untick "Hide Protected operating system files". Click "Apply". REMEMBER to reverse these actions when you've finished your search to prevent you, at worst, deleting any system files.

Then follow:-

C:\Users\PROFILE\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\T emporary Internet Files - REMEMBER to change PROFILE to your profile name. Then go through each folder to find what you seek.
