OK - this is the last set of photos for now, and is one of my long-term projects. Ever since I saw the handful of photos I first found, I have been hooked on getting the complete set. I would eventually find a photo in slightly better resolution, or one or two additional photos - but never the complete set.
Using the Google Reverse Image Search, I finally found what might be the actual original source for these photos:

Unfortunately, in the intervening 8 years, several of the servers for ImageVenue have gone offline, and about half of the photos from this post are unavailable. The user hasn't posted there or on the other site where I found him since 2008, so I don't think I can reach him. Plus, phun.com is a locked forum now.
So - what I have represents the most complete and highest resolution versions of this set. I've added a prefix in front of the original filenames (when I had them), so you can compare them. This allows me to put them into what looks like the correct 'story' order.
