I've grabbed the vid but cannot post it because of the copyright.
Look for a prog called video download capture it will deal with the rtmp protocol used on that site but not many progs will pick it up from this site even if they can handle rtmp.
That prog has a 3 day eval only, there used to be a little freebie prog but I don't think it is being developed any more.
Some of the screen capture apps might work as well
