As requested, here is a quick primer on making caps. IMHO, providing caps is the courteous thing to do, especially with larger files.
First of all, you need to use a media player that allows you to easily make caps. The easiest that I've found are Media Player Classic and VLC Media Player. Both are free. I've included the download links.

Based on the theory that a picture is better than lengthy descriptions, I've used snapshots of the MPC and VLC menu options for making caps. Also, MPC has an option to make a thumbnail page.
For my own amusement, I previously created a 20 second slide show video from a personal webcam. I'm using that little video for illustration purposes.
