Everyone who works at any job (save clergymen, saints and the idle rich who pursue jobs as a hobby) does it to make what money they can for whatever purposes they have. They all want to make as much as the market will bear.
You are not exploiting these girls any more than you are exploiting the grocer who sells you your food or the ISP who provides your Internet service. They are all trying to do what they do best and what the market will reward them for.
