What do you want me to do? Here are the options.
a) Reduce it in size and make it mpg
b) Keep the raw high quality data and split into 2 in the MTS AVCHD format and you work out how to convert it.
Ziipyshare does a max upload of 200Mb.

Definitely keep the quality! What about mega.co.nz? Otherwise split would suit me.
