The girls went topless only on the ride, I am just out of the shots you posted (I saw them taken) and both girls went skinny dipping. I missed the short girl, but here is the taller girl (called Katie) finally getting naked and some of them in the water! The shot that showed both naked girls leaving the water was blurry!
