You're right that it is a behind-the-scenes video from pre-fame days. I would guess that in the future, with the commonality of video cameras and entrepreneurial thinking, we will see more and more of this type of clip emerge as new young actresses and models do revealing shoots to earn some money, then get famous and regret not beating the hell out of the bozo with the video camera who was shooting "behind the scenes" footage.
