Sorry it took so long for chapter 5 it's been a real challenging year. I hope some of you are still interested. I've given my self considerable lead time to get chapter 6 out in a reasonable time. Everything is about to change and has been building to where I'm about to take it so hopefully you'll stay on for the ride.
