Where did you take this picture? It looks like part of an organized revolution. Everyone has matching costumes so it would have taken planning. How would they prevent being caught and having their hoods removed? I will dream of being part of this one day! Actually that is just big talk, I could never do it, but I can dream.

I see that it is allowed to be naked in some places and other places it is not. What would happen to the girl above if she got caught?
