Not sure there are any secrets to it. Lots of girls post nudes to Tumblr. A regular tumblr thread would be HUGE. These are just girls who posted and then changed their mind. That's trickier, and takes some time. But often girls post nudes on other sights, which they hope will link to their own in order to gather 'followers'. Here's an example of that. This woman has no nudes posted on her own tumblr, but this nude was posted to a topless tumblr site.
