Default A stupid law

Hi,
I am 31 and my Girlfriend is 28. We are both from Germany. Over here, we have a myth (that's what I'm going to call it, anyway. I've never bothered to check whether or not it's true.) that states the following: Allegedly it is allowed to be fully naked and stand at your window or balcony if you are a woman. On the other hand, the myth claims that it isn't allowed to stand at your window wearing lingerie. The reason that is always given is that wearing lingerie implies working at a brothel while being nude implies a certain way of living. Sounds like bullshit to you? It does to me. Anyway, like I said, I don't know what to think of that myth. I guess there is some truth to it, but to what degree I can't say.

Anyway, two years ago, when my girlfriend and I had been together for three years and had just moved in together in a small town, her best friend was visiting for dinner.
Now, since always writing "my girlfriend", "my girlfriends friend" etc. would get a bit annoying, I'll just name them after two German authors: My girlfriend will be Annette von Droste-Hülshoff and her best friend will be Margarete Neumann.
Annette and Margarete and me started talking, and we got to a topic which is very popular here, and that topic is weird laws in other countries. And then I mentioned that myth, only that I said it like I knew it was a fact. Annette and Margarete laughed at first, but then they felt insulted, and who can blame them. That law objectifies women. So they were mad at this law and they wouldn't let it go. After the dinner, I went to our storage room to get my cigars, since it was still our first evening after the move and I wanted to celebrate. When I came back, Margarete suggested that we celebrate on our balcony (like I would light a cigar inside, anyway,) and I poured us three scotchs.
When I came to the balcony, I was surprised to see the girls taking their clothes off. When I asked, they simply replied that they were still mad at the law and this was their form of protest: Showing how senseless that law was by pushing it to its limits. I didn't actually get how this would be a protest, but I was turned on by the idea of standing between two attractive nude girls on our balcony, which faces the street. The street lights were just bright enough so that you could see us from the street. Then, nothing happened, really. We just stood there, smoking cigars, drinking scotch and feeling like the kings of the world. Whenever we looked down, there were a couple of heads turned in our direction. The fact that these people were seeing every bit of Annette came to me very late and by then, I just figured it was too late anyway. Plus, it got me really excited and I kept thinking "Boy, am I going to have the sex of my life tonight." I didn't. Margarete felt she was too drunk to drive, so she slept at our place and that interfered with my "sex of my life"-plans.
However, the next morning I was walking to my car alone and all my neighbours were giving me looks that said "Nice one, bro". A woman in her mid thirties actually gave me high five and said "I saw you on your balcony yesterday. You must have me for dinner sometime." Later that evening I told that to Annette and she admitted that she had been turned on by the looks people were giving her as well. That started the exhibitionistic life of my girlfriend and to some parts Margarete as well.
If you like, I can tell you some more stories.
