These are VCR videos that I don't know how to convert to digital, so I just filmed them from the TV screen on my little Sony cam. The quality suffers, but you get the idea at least.

I once had some beach footage thati had put onto vcr..I eventually lost the origional, and only had the vcr...Iam no techy on this stuff, but I was able to output the vcr direct to my digital camera, and from there upload onto my computer and convert into various formats, the quality was as good as the origional video...see attached
