I agree with your time estimate...I too was thinking mid to late 90's for some reason. You definitely can't go by the bush these days, as there's a wide variety out there.
Canadian Chick? Hmmm...interesting. If not, probably American.
She has an amazing body though...that's the only thing I really know for sure
