It's a contest between several teams, i think it's called "clothesline".
The teams compete in who can make the longest line of their clothes, which means it's also a daring competition. How much do they dare to take off?
Sometimes it's allowed to use your body as a part of the line too. Sometimes it's not allowed. And I think sometimes it's allowed to use your body only after you have used all your clothes.
