I went to the specific Webshots page by using the original filename (since Fango was kind enough not to rename the file before uploading it). Webshots uses a standardized URL format, so if you know the full filename, you can get back to the original page (presuming it hasn't been removed by Webshots admins or the owner).
The full filename for this image was
407352908flkaLe_fs.jpg
The URL to the image is
http://community.webshots.com/photo/407352908/407352908flkaLe
If you compare those, you'll see that parts of the filename are in the URL. Start with
407352908flkaLe_fs.jpg: drop everything after the underscore for the last part of the URL -- leaving
407352908flkaLe
Then, drop all the alpha characters from the shortened version.
407352908flkaLe becomes
407352908
The URL will always begin with
http://community.webshots.com/photo/. Put these together, and you get:
http://community.webshots.com/photo/407352908/407352908flkaLe
