I want to know where this red granite 'fountain-of-upskirts' is - Russia somewhere?
Is it a pre-requisite that all the girls in and around it must flash their knickers when they're there or is it something in the water that makes them do it?
This place features in nearly half the photo's on this site. We need one here in Australia!
