Well, I guess the 235 people who viewed this ahead of me don't know either, or they assume everyone should know. Actually, I'm a little surprised by the question. What program are you using? Usually there will be a drop down menu of some sort right next to where you are typing in what you're searching for. The menu will have: video; audio; photos; software, etc. Obviously you just click on photo and your search will eliminate all the other criteria and list the pictures only.
