Bad news...
...guys'n gals...some serious renovation work has to be done in my appartment starting tomorrow morning and ending on Saturday. I have to move out for the time being and thus will not be able to update this thread as soon as I had planned to do.

Just being curious: How come so many people here have enough time to get their hands on the keyboard to download stuff, but not enough time to hit "thanks" if they like what they see?
