I have never seen or heard of this, even if nothing is exposed I would still like to see the video if anyone knows of it. I did some research and I can't find any other specific details of this incident (a date, a show, an opponent). The only thing I know definitely is it was in TNA in the early years.

I have an old pic of the incident on my hard drive. She was grabbed by a male wrestler (I want to say it was Kid Kash?), and the string to her top came undone and it fell almost completely off. She quickly grabbed it and re-tied it. I don't know of any other details unfortunately (date, name of show, etc...).
